On Saturday, November 29 and Saturday, December 13, 2025, we held a two-day “‘Analysis × Proposal’ Hands-on Workshop” for three university students. As a work-experience internship, the program lets participants analyze companies from a sales and marketing perspective and practice identifying issues and making proposals.

After introductions, students used handouts and conversations with employees to conduct a 3C analysis (Company, Customer, Competitor) on a sample company.
They organized strengths, business formats, target customers, price ranges, and competitive conditions from multiple angles, clarified gaps between customer needs and company initiatives, and summarized issues and improvement ideas.
With advice and feedback from staff, they progressed through work similar to real business tasks.

Results were shared in presentation format.
Flexible student perspectives and logical thinking stood out, making for a rich session.

Participants then toured the factory and experienced frozen-cake production firsthand.
Finally, they tasted several cakes we produce, deepening their understanding of Nitto Sweets’ craftsmanship.

In a friendly atmosphere throughout, students took part cheerfully and actively. Thank you to everyone who joined.
