On Sunday, November 16, 2025, we exhibited at Mynavi’s “Internship & Career Discovery Fair 2025 – Utsunomiya.” About 250 university and graduate students attended, and we could feel strong interest in career exploration.

Students interested in sales and marketing—and from fields such as economics, agriculture, and food science—visited our booth from across Japan. Many also came from regional areas, and we sensed real enthusiasm among students considering U-/I-/J-turn careers.

Work-Experience Event — Now Accepting Reservations

At the booth, we introduced our work-experience internship, the “‘Analysis × Proposal’ Hands-on Workshop,” scheduled at our head office on Saturday, November 29 and Saturday, December 13. Participants work in groups on market analysis and information organization, then practice sales proposals based on their findings. With advice and feedback from frontline staff, students can sharpen their thinking and communication skills in a setting close to real work—especially recommended for those interested in marketing and sales.

Lunch is provided, and participants can also chat casually with our employees. We welcome students of any year or major, especially those graduating in 2027.

Topics such as early selection, career discovery for university students, experiencing sales skills, working at a regional company, and UIJ-turn careers are packed into the program. Take the first step at our event.
