On April 1, 2026, we held our entrance ceremony.

We welcomed six new employees and started the day with a fresh atmosphere.
Though a little nervous, their resolve to begin working life was clear and memorable.

Greetings from the president and executives were warm throughout, gradually easing the tension in the room.
The supportive messages likely helped our new colleagues feel at home.

In the “New Employee Resolutions,” each person shared goals and aspirations in their own words—strong statements that make us look forward to their growth.

Finally we took photos; nerves eased and smiles filled the room.

After the ceremony, we held a gathering with senior colleagues. Over a nice lunch box and cake, conversations flowed in a relaxed atmosphere.
Unlike during the formal ceremony, everyone looked at ease, and the distance with senior staff seemed to shrink quickly.

Together with our six new teammates, we will aim for further growth.
We look forward to everything they will achieve.
